Not so firm

Received a replacement bed after 2.5 years. The bed started to sink in the middle. The replacement they sent me free, which was appreciated, is very soft and has no support. The original was nice and firm for the first two years but this replacement feels like a hammock. I’m wondering if they sent me a flawed bed, manufactured with the wrong layers of foam, since it was a replacement bed. It also weighed about 2/3s of our original which tells me something. Not very happy.

Game Changer

I would have never used the phrase “game changer” for a mattress but that was before I had the Nectar Lush. I used to wake up early with back pain and would have to get up early to lay on the couch for 30 minutes to stretch out before I got ready for work. Now I lay on the couch and need to go to the Nectar! This bed has almost totally taken care of back and sleep problems for me. It is an excellent mattress that my wife and I both love. The cooling gel and liner really does cool (maybe a little too much for winter!...but we love it!). If I could give it 6 stars I would!
