Customer service and warranty

Don’t let them fool you with their “warranty” because they will do everything in their power to not honor it. 5 years with the mattress and we have been reasonably happy with it. Not the best but decent enough. Recently (6 months or so) my back has been so sore waking up. Thinking it was just me I decided to ignore it and went to a chiropractor to be adjusted and checked out. I’ve come to terms it’s the bed when my wife also started having issues. I contact customer support for warranty and they advise me to take pictures of the whole bed, and white tags. I did this as well as a standard jug test to show sinkage in not only problem areas but in areas not lacking support so you could see the difference. When a 7lb jug sinks 3-4 times deeper under my back area than my foot area there is clearly failing support under that area. They refused my warranty because of normal staining on the cover, not spill, just normal staining from humans sleeping on it. They advise I clean the cover but don’t remove it because that voids warranty, but the cover has slight tears starting in it because it’s cheaply made as well so cleaning it would cause that to rip further and then leave me with holes in the cover. This company will take your money and leave you for dead. They will not honor warranty. They also juggle your emails between 5 people who say the same thing every time so you get frustrated and give up. Give your money to a better company with good customer support. The bed and the company will not give you support. Garbage product. Garbage company. Would go 0 star if possible.

LOVE MY NEW BED!!!

I transitioned from a heated water bed, and was worried I would be cold every night. I cannot believe how comfortable this bed is, and my body heat is captured from the second I get in bed and I am warm within SECONDS. I also LOVE the sheets and pillows I ordered with my bed. They are marvelous. Thanks for making this amazing product affordable and easy to have :)

Came in the box and was easy to open. Did not smell at all. Took a nap on it within the first 2 hours and slept harder than I’ve slept in quite a while. Love my new mattress!

Just what I hoped for

My partner needed a new mattress. His old Sleep Number mattress was hurting both of us, so we took a chance on the Nectar Classic after some research. It's perfect, and I can finally sleep at his place without waking up in pain. My back is very fickle, most mattresses hurt me, and Nectar far exceeded my expectations. I have a Casper at my place, and I'll switch next time I need a new one.

I LOVE this bed!

I ordered my mattress in January 2019 with the base frame. Frame I hated. Corners constantly collapsed on me. Legs were terrible. However, in Jan 2022, I ordered the adjustable frame. I absolutely love my bed now. I will never again sleep on a flat bed. I sleep with feet and head up. I love the massage and USB features. Every night I get in to bed and nuzzle into to comfortable bliss. Can’t tell you how many nights I say “I love my bed!” This mattress is 4 years old and still feels brand new. I’m never going back to a traditional bed. Side note: I didn’t love the pillows until I got the adjustable frame. Now I get it! Before I was a stomach sleeper that always woke up with back pain. Now I am a back sleeper that wakes up in the same position I went to sleep in.
