I thought my last mattress was bad.

My wife and I bought a nectar mattress almost 3 years ago. It was extremely stiff when we purchased it. We thought we just needed to break it in. Well, a couple of months after we purchased it we were ready to send it back. I wrote a review on the site, which is now deleted from the site because it wasn't a 5-star review. Customer support contacted me and offered to send a mattress topper. Well, we lived on a prayer that things would get better. Now almost 3 years later nothing is better. My back pain is worse than it has ever been in my life. I wake up in excruciating pain every morning. I don't feel rested one bit. The same goes for my spouse. She has post-pregnancy problems with her tailbone and Sciatic nerve and this mattress has made those worse. Need I say my wife and I are both average if not smaller in structure. It's now way too late to get a full refund and we're stuck, I would proceed with caution, do your own research off-site about this mattress and read reviews where the company can't delete them.

Horrible mattress

This mattress completely breaks down after 1 year (after the trial is over). The warranty is a joke. They will not replace the mattress unless a 1 inch indentation is present. The mattress doesn’t actually show the break down without somebody laying in the bed. The mattress hold your body heat making you very hot at night. Don’t waste your money with this company and their joke of a warranty.

Wanted to love this so badly

I bought the copper hybrid mattress.. it’s soft and comfortable alone but with a partner it’s like falling into a valley. I do NOT recommend this if you’re a larger framed human. My old mattress from here was perfect, and I thought an upgrade was the move. It’s not.

I bought this mattress for my wife. the mattress was too firm for her she spoke with a customer service and they sent hera mattress topper which made it much softer but much hotter as well will be returning the mattress.

Worse Mattress I've Ever Owned

I purchased a mattress about three years ago. I have to say this is product is terrible. The mattress basically forms a hole when I roll to the middle of the mattress. What started with nice support is gone. No longer any firm support, just lumps and sags. Save money folks, purchase almost anything else.

Defective Mattress after a few weeks

It seemed good the first few nights then it slowly started to slope down on the side I slept on. at 135 lbs . Since I sleep alone I have to sleep on opposite side to balance it out. I really hoped to like it for the price plus I hate having to shop for a replacement.

Remarkable comfort

It's been two years since we purchased the split king and adjustable base. We can't believe the sound sleep we obtain. This is at a vacation home we use on weekends. Also, my control stopped working and a tech helped me get a replacement within a few days.
Awesome product and service. Ended up purchasing a new mattress replacement for our full-time home.

Back pain and horrible service

First couple nights the mattress was OK. I will never order a split king again. No matter what you do the beds don't stay together. They are always sliding and there is always a gap in the bed. My back hurts, I bought this bed to specifically help with that and now it is only worse. I hate the yellow spots that are on the cover, it looks like stains. When I tried to return the mattress I've been hassled. They approved the pictures and tags for both Mattresses. Then asked me if I wanted to try a different mattress I said no. Then they emailed me and said would I keep the mattress for 150 off of each mattress. I said no again I have no use for them. Then all of a sudden I needed another picture of all 4 corners of the bed in the same picture, even though originally when my images were approved I could have taken multiple to get the full bed. Then all of sudden I have stains on the mattress and they want me to clean it. If there were stains and it was unacceptable why was it approved the first time? I have a chandelier in my room that has a yellow tint to it and the light reflects off the balls so it's light and dark on some spots on the bed. The ugly yellow spots make it look like stains. So Then I use my chandelier lights that are on my side table. I don't know what they want me to do about the lighting and this has been a total hassel and nightmare. I am pregnant and I want a bed I can sleep on comfortably not fight with these people for a return. They are doing everything in their power to prevent me from completing my return.
