I want to update a previous review I posted when I was very very unhappy with Nectar customer service. They read my review and promptly took action. So reviews matter! In the past week they have contacted me and are sending 2 new mattresses to me to replace ours which did not inflate properly. I want to thank Izzy for all her help!! We love their mattresses, have bought several now and normally customer service has been great. Not sure this time why it took a while to get to the right decision makers, but Nectar customer service has redeemed themselves! Thank you!!!

I bought this mattress years ago. My significant other likes the Nectar so I will give it 4/5. I did not like it as it made my lower back pain as a side sleeper much worse.

This may seem like a strange review, but I wanted to relay our experience with NECTAR. We purchased a Nectar Premium Bundle.
The purchase process was very easy, the delivery was prompt, and everything was as it should be.
The mattress itself is VERY well made, wonderful materials and very tight construction.

As for us, we found the mattress to be too soft (We are both overweight and i believe this is the main factor in that).
We contacted Nectar to address this and they immediately (Not kidding) sent us a topper for the mattress.
We still found it to be too soft.

Again I contacted Nectar and told them I wanted to return the mattress per the warranty.
They did.
No hassle, no cost, they just did it.
Within a few days we received confirmation of pick-up and later in the evening on the day they picked it up, I got a message that the debt had been cancelled.

I realize this does not sound like a glowing review of Nectar, but I wanted to share our experience.
We chose to not keep this mattress out of personal preference, not due to the quality of the mattress or its construction. I was VERY impressed with the bed, the customer service and the whole process.

I can easily say that if you are contemplating purchasing this bed, I would say it is worth the chance.
IT is a fine product and the return process, if you need it, was EXACTLY what they said it would be.

It hurts! I have been leaving town a lot and my back feels so much better when I'm not at home. I reached out for help because it was guaranteed to be wonderful. When I reached out...they said I need to "give it more time." It's awful!!

I do not love this

I do not love this mattress. I am waiting a bit longer because it may just be as simple as an adjustment period but so far I cannot say it is particularly comfortable. But I keep getting requests to review it (that I have avoided thus far) but it’s probably good to have it on record long before the sleep trial is over that I’m less than impressed. I want to love it. I just don’t. :(
