In Love w/ our purchase

My husband and I are on night two and we have both been waking up with our lower back pain gone! It’s been absolutely amazing. Our sleep has been better and our morning easier. I’m so happy with our purchase.

The mattress is very comfortable.

The mattress is very comfortable. I was having trouble sleeping due to severe back pain and this mattress has helped tremendously and I am finally able to to get a full nights rest. The cooling sheets keep me cooled during the night and I don’t find myself removing covers several times a night due to being hot.

Bed has not fully deflated

Sent Incorrect Product and Will Not Rectify

Shortly after receiving my mattress I had a death in the family, and left the country for a couple months to be with my family. When I returned a few months later I opened my premier mattress and noted that it did not air up to the 13inches advertised. I reach out to Nectar and they refuse to do anything about it. They said since if was in the box past 90 days I can not return and they can not refund anything and that the mattress was compromised. I have not seen that in any wording and not sure how a vacuum packed mattress will be affected by just being in a box. They are charging me for the premier mattress but sent me the basic mattress. Wish I had purchased elsewhere. You should do the same.
