The mattress that never expanded

The customer service is excellent. But the mattress never fully expanded and the sheets had hole sin them, and the pillows were nothing like in the pictures. I end up having my money back for the mattress which is good and now I starred again the hunt for another mattress. I hoped that this would have worked out. :(

Mattress Never Expanded

I like the feel of the mattress, but the end of the bed never expanded. Further, if you sit on the end of the bed, the mattress almost flattens completely out.

The best sleep I’ve ever had

Purchasing this mattress was the best investment I’ve ever made. I’ve suffered from chronic insomnia for decades, and while a mattress alone can’t “cure” that, it’s a huge part of the equation. For years, I’ve managed to find other remedies, but suffered through mattresses that were either too hard, lumpy, or way too soft. At risk of sounding like the Princess in the Pea (I mean, yeah, kinda), the mattress I purchased is perfect. Huge bonus & high five for not feeling broken every morning! I’m finding that I’d rather just stay in bed all day, which’s not something that was ever a comfortable option. I’m ready to just sleep through 2022, thank you very much. I have a lot of sleep to catch up on.

Delivery was nice but mattress is a bit firm for my liking. I’ve been on it over a month and still wake up very stiff.
