Great Mattress

Originally had the hybrid but found it too firm for us. We wanted the lay in bed and feel a soft embrace from the mattress. The memory foam only option is fantastic. It is firm enough the not bring my back pain back but soft enough that you can sleep through the night and not toss and turn throughout. Highly recommend.

Didn't sleep at all, the bed sank to much, I got stuck and had an asthma attack trying to get out of the bed. I would not recommend to anyone with mobility issues.
It was challenging to navigate the return itself.

Softest model doesn’t mean soft at ALL

Despite having order what we were told was the “softest model” It is still much too firm. For weeks, we’ve having horrible painful pressure points in my knees, neck, hips and low back. My husband has gone back to sleeping on the couch because he says it’s that uncomfortable. so I reallydon’t think this is going to be a fit for us at all. Can someone help me with a return?
