1. It takes too long to warm things up to our satisfaction.

Overall good with a couple of issues.

Overall good with a couple issues. The tone at the end of a cycle is so faint it is hard to hear any distance from the microwave. I called support and they could not determine how to increase the volume. Reheat cycles seem very slow. On the good side it is very good looking and easy to clean.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice flush design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In use for 1 month. Works well with one exception. The tone/beeper is not loud enough to be of much use. If the vent fan is on, the tone cannot be heard at all, even on the loudest setting. Repairman replaced the speaker - no help. I expected the tone to be similar to every other microwave we have used. It is not.

Nice Upgrade

It looks great, was easy to install and is big enough to handle everything so far. My only complaint is the same as many other purchasers, you cannot hear the auditable signals. Bottom line is you can't use the timer function, you just can't hear it.

One disappointment

Cooks Unevenly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family has been using this microwave for about two months now. There is no turn table so it cooks super uneven. We love microwaving popcorn, but this microwave has burnt every bag. That’s using their popcorn button, but can’t get away from that hot spot that always burns one spot. It’s cool looking and has good underlights.
