Beep When Finished is Barely Audible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall we really like this microwave. It is sleek & is flush with the cabinet. There is no turn table which is nice. Most of the push controls for various settings are hidden behind the door so that the front is neat & clean looking. Our only complaint is that the Beep When Finished is Barely Audible. There is a low, medium & high volume sound setting but we aren't sure why they bothered. Someone came out to look at it & we drove back to the store to see what the floor model did. You just need super ears. We decided the other features outweighed this & so kept it.

Vent door slams shut

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was disappointed that I needed to have a service call on my brand new microwave. The vent door slammed shut. I little filing and trimming of a plastic piece that was impeding the soft close of the door fixed the problem. I would think that there would be better quality control when it was manufactured.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awesome in every way except one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this microwave a couple months ago. It's awesome in every way except the volume. I have set it on high and if you walk away you can't hear it. Most times even when I'm in the same room I can't hear it. Otherwise it's a great microwave.

It has all of the features we needed and is a beautiful appliance. So easy to clean the inside. I definitely recommendd. Also the delivery team was fantastic!

Absolutely stunning!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely stunning! Hard to believe a few inches being flush to the cabinets makes such a difference but it certainly did. It took a second to get use to the controls insides but now I love it plus the clean look. No turn table with better results took away any concern after just a few uses.

Looks aren't everything

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous microwave was from 2005. It had a turntable inside and an exterior exhaust fan, both worked great. We ordered a new stove and decided to get a new microwave to match. Although it looks great and is the same depth as our cabinets, the microwave has a much smaller interior space. It also does not heat evenly or as well as my previous microwave despite having a convection feature. My food is often too hot to eat, but has a cold plate or cold spots. It does a good job heating up 2 cups of water in 3 minutes/ The exhaust feature works great, but that's about it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
