Amazing microwave

I really love how fast it warms up our food, and how practical and easy to use it is. We have been using it multiple times a day for a month now, and it is so easy to maintain clean. The best one we ever had. build quality is solid!

It was designed to set in flush with our cabinets and does just that. It is strong and works very well. So easy to use. It gives a very modern look and matches well with my other appliances. It also looks and feels very durable. Plenty of space inside as well. It also was a pretty simple install if you have the help of a partner. I would definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using our new KitchenAid® Over-The-Range Microwave with Flush Built-In Design for a few days now and it’s great and looks amazing! It fits evenly with our cabinets and gives our kitchen a seamless look and feel!
This microwave is very user friendly and easy to use. It can heat multiple items at the same time and it is turn-table free so it is so much easier to clean without having to always pull out the round glass plate.

Very easy instructions made for a fast , simple installation. Controls are very user friendly. We have used it on a daily basis for a couple of months now . Very efficient kitchen tool. I would definitely recommend this product.

Perfect design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a month of use we have decided this microwave is almost perfect. The microwave’s no handle and flush mount cabinet depth looks modern, clean and pleasing to the eye. Once we figured out the command sequences the sensor cook functions are the best. The absence of a turntable is a huge plus as the interior is so easy to clean and the food is cooked perfect and evenly every time. Installation was straight forward, however, may not be for the average homeowner.

Uneven cooking with no turntable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Still getting used to the new settings which many of them are off. Don't find the menu easy to follow. Find it cooks food unevenly (especially bacon). So at the moment not the happiest with how it cooks things

Can’t hear any tone when food is done

I bought this a little less than a month ago, I set the tones on and the volume at 3. There is no sound on pushing buttons and also no tone when food is done. The tone is so soft I can’t hear it at all. Called service tech out and they stated, customer complain about the sound of tone is to low. Called tech line advise to order board and interface. Why have a microwave that you can’t hear when done or set timer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Looks aren't everything

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous microwave was from 2005. It had a turntable inside and an exterior exhaust fan, both worked great. We ordered a new stove and decided to get a new microwave to match. Although it looks great and is the same depth as our cabinets, the microwave has a much smaller interior space. It also does not heat evenly or as well as my previous microwave despite having a convection feature. My food is often too hot to eat, but has a cold plate or cold spots. It does a good job heating up 2 cups of water in 3 minutes/ The exhaust feature works great, but that's about it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
