The sleek look

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look and features, no turn table and ease of cleaning inside. While the inside is smaller than usual microwave it fits standard plate, can do 2 bowls at once.

Front door control panel doesn’t work

A few months within the purchase of this microwave, the control panel on the door stopped working. Since it was within the manufacturer warranty, had it fix/replaced. A few months later it stopped working again but the manufacturer warranty was expired.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Mixed feelings about my new microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this microwave for a couple months. It cooks great, but I'm having a few issues. It makes a thump sound after it's done cooking. Not sure what that is. And I don't love that you have to open the microwave to use the timer and most of the buttons. Odd set up, in my opinion.

Looks great but average performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this microwave as a newer version of the seven-year-old one I had previously. Looks nice and appears sleek, however, I have some concerns:
-Lack of turntable means that food does not heat evenly.
-Preset buttons do not seem to be the appropriate amount of time, specifically including potato, dinner plate, and hot water.
-It’s not apparent when you buy this machine that the vent at the top of the microwave will open while it’s running and then subsequently close once the microwave stops. I’m concerned about this as a future issue for breakdowns.
- interior of microwave is very small compared to its overall size
-Price is extremely high for value, plus professional installation is essential
