[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Microwave. It’s the flush mount. The best Microwave I have ever had. It is turntable free.

Extremely bad design on this microwave

I have had this microwave since December 2024. I do not like anything about it as it heats unevenly and putting 3 dog dishes in and two may heat and one doesn't or half of dish heats and other side doesn't. I have been trying to get in contact with someone as I think this microwave is defective since the DEFROST goes 5 seconds and off 20 seconds so NOTHING ever gets defrosted!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the microwave for almost a month and I’m still getting used to it. The interior is much smaller than the old one and I can’t fit a dinner plate in it. I also miss the turntable. But it cooks quickly and evenly and is very quiet. The cabinet depth looks great in the kitchen! I really wish I could increase the sound of the cook-end buzzer. It’s so soft no one can hear it. All in all, it’s a very nice appliance.

Good Microwave, but Design Flaw with Outside Vent
on October 15, 2025

This flush built-in microwave has been in use since July 2024. We are very happy with the microwave function. Things heat up quickly and evenly. The inside controls take some time to learn, but work fine. We can fit a dinner plate inside, so the depth is adequate, and we don’t miss the turntable.
However, the venting function is not optimal. We have our microwave vented outside, so when the vent is in use, air is pulled up by both the vent underneath the microwave, and by the one that automatically opens above the microwave door. Because the microwave is flush with the adjoining cabinets, at 13” deep, it does not extend over the front burners on our stove--the large ones where most cooking is done. The vent above the microwave door is pulling a lot of the hot, greasy air generated while cooking. This air hits the vent and the bottom of the wood cabinets above it. Grease is accumulating in both places, causing grease stains on the vent and on the finished wood doors of the cabinets, and their knobs. As there is no way to keep the vent above the microwave door from opening when the vent function is turned on, the only remedy I can think of is to remove the charcoal filter attached to the mesh screen in the vent below the microwave. Perhaps that will increase the strength of the updraft, and less greasy air will be pulled up by the vent above the microwave door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very strange acting! Frequently gives a vent/fan error and shuts down. Sometimes it works perfectly :( Love the light that illuminates from the bottom.

owned it for about a year. looks great but worst microwave I've ever used. poor controls layout. no turntable and food still heats unevenly. worst part is controls. whoever designed it definitely needs to find another job. hate it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had I been able to obtain parts for my previous microwave, i would not have look for a new one. The new models (most of them) do not have a handle. Need to press sensors on the door to open, cook 30 seconds, 1 min & 5 mins, which means there are always smeary fingermarks on the door, which means I'm constantly cleaning the door. Also, steam from cooking on stove below causes smeary stuff on the door too. Cooks faster than the old one, fan has 3 settings which is more than before. Inside is narrower than previous one. Make sure a dinner plate fits inside when looking for a new one. This does fit a 10 in. plate.
I would recommend this to a friend!
