Good and the bad!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second microwave after the power harness broke just opening the door. Already this unit is not functioning good as the first. Vent opens but no heat is let out and make whirring sounds when it runs. Fingers crossed it keeps working. Had to buy a new warranty plan on the new unit. Didn't appreciate this either .

It's very sleek & blends well with the rest of the suite. The controls are quite intuitive & the quick button are very handy. I like the deflector for the vent feature, too.

Perfect presets

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this microwave a month ago and love it. The preset features are perfect especially the reheat coffee one. I also really like that it mounts cupboard depth so doesn’t stick out awkwardly. The fan and light feature are also both really efficient. Inside is bigger than it appears and cleaning up spills is as easy as a swipe of a paper towel. I’m super impressed and really happy with my purchase

Microwave doesn’t work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the microwave for just over a month. Lately when we try to use it, the vent will open, then close after about 10seconds. An error code of Fe 67 shows up. We tried cycling power, but so far it still exhibits the issue intermittently.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible service

Installed my new microwave and right away noticed that the end signal was inaudible. It also does not let you know when your food is ready. When you remove your finished item it does not clear and reset. To see the clock again you must manually push the clear or cancel button. Spent much time trying to increase the volume. Finally called and a technician was scheduled. He had never worked with this type of microwave. I showed him how to increase the volume which did not work. He said he needed to contact the manufacturer. Several days later he called to say he couldn’t do anything and that I would need to contact customer support. I’ve been on the phone for 45 minutes and a service agent said she would document everything and put me back on a very long hold. While I’m waiting, I decided to submit this poor review. I’m so disappointed. I haven’t installed my oven or dishwasher yet as we are remodeling. A bit worried. Fridge so far so good. So someone new has come back on the line after 50 minutes. I once again gave him my address and serial number and re explained the issues I’m facing. He put me back on hold. My call suddenly ended. Just wasted an hour. Guess I will cal again. What choice do I have? I gave this 2 stars because I do like the look of the unit and the features. .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It takes a bit to get used to not having a turntable for reheating. But for that reason, I like having the room to make larger items in the microwave. And the hidden door handle is great! No more pulling hard to open doors!
