Great style, need heating technology improvements

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the microwave looks amazing. The style and fit makes the kitchen look great. Giving it a three star review more related to the heating technology. The microwave doesn’t have a rotating plate, it is advertised as it will automatically evenly distribute the heat. Unfortunately is not ideal, often we get certain spots extremely hot while others remain warm.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not very happy with this microwave. The door is too large and it blocks access from the left side. I also do not like the controls being on the inside of the door and has to be set before closing. The heating is uneven at times with some of the food being overheated while other parts are still cold.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dead in the water.

Five months new and it’s already dead. Fan was running and went to open the door when it shut off completely. Vent is stuck in the open position with no power. Having a technician come out to check. We were told to just buy the warranty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks great and works well so far. This is different from other microwaves we’ve had and I wish it came with a basic operating manual. I’m still trying to figure out how to set and run different powers levels. I’m sure it’s available online, but some basics would have been better.

Inaudible alert

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I an ok with the product. The end of cycle alert is inaudible. Customer support said that the setting that I programmed into the unit is the loudest it will go. I cannot hear it.
