[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this microwave and not having to worry about taking it apart to wash since there is no spinning device in the middle. It is also very quiet. Interesting to get used to but 10/10.

Not worth the money!

A family member purchased this microwave for us. I have had the microwave since the late summer. I did not see this microwave until it was installed. While the design is aesthetically pleasing, it does not work for me. The buttons for time, etc are inside; you have to open the door. There are buttons for reheating or popping corn, etc. which I cannot see. I am short. When you open the microwave door, it flys all the way open. I have been hit in the head more times than I can count. There is no stop for the door to open part way. There is no sound at all when the microwave is finished. There are hot spots in the microwave. There is no turntable. I truly would suggest you do not purchase this microwave.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just installed our new microwave about 3 weeks ago. At first we loved it. So much nicer than what we had before. However, after only a few weeks, I started getting a vent error code. I followed the steps, reset the breaker. We shall see how that goes. Kind of disappointing

Poor quality microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my microwave for just 5 days and it broke. Paid for an extended warranty that covered the technician to come out and diagnose the issue. He apparently diagnosed it over the phone because he never came to our house. He determined it was the mother board. I am assuming must be a common issue with kitchenAid microwaves. Mother boards are not currently available right now for this appliance You would think oh okay well we will get another microwave oops no not that easy. I have had to wait 14 business days not just 14 days for the repair technician to try to order this part that’s not available or for the microwave to miraculously fix itself Then after this 14 business days we can get a replacement. I have waited 24 years to get new appliances and I thought I was getting good quality ones with KitchenAid and I was sadly mistaken. They are just like every other company they stand behind their products until you buy them. This company only cares about themselves and not the consumer. I feel taken advantage of by this company.

Multifunctional Oven Upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded my older over the range microwave with a new one. It fit perfectly into the old microwave's location. It's not just a microwave but a convection, and toaster oven. The 400 CFM fan, vented to the outside, helps eliminate the false fire alarm trips when cooking. Candidly, this oven odes everything a single person could ask.
