[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the flush design. Love the no turntable because it is quieter. However, we did not love the sticker on the front of our new microwave, with the super sticky adhesive, that took 45 minutes to remove!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the clean lines and flush installation with the cabinets. I'm still getting used to how it works. It doesn't appear that you can set the kitchen timer on the microwave and then also use the microwave to cook something. Also, I have the tone set to "high" but cannot hear it when it goes off unless I'm actually in the kitchen.

Buyer beware!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely awful. Has this bizarre upper vent and perhaps it's due to this design that it already doesn't function correctly. No buttons on the inside of the door work - it starts running for about 10 seconds and then gives a vent function error and turns off. Of the outside buttons the 30 second and 5 minute options do the same, but the 1 minute selection works. I called in our warranty and it's been two weeks. The microwave is so new that most of the parts aren't over here yet. Sounds like I'll be getting an entirely new motherboard on a microwave that at the time of my calling was less than a month old and now I haven't had a functioning microwave for two weeks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the design and that it's flush with my cabinets. The vent fan is powerful and the over the range light bright. It's easy to clean with no seams inside. The100%/full power setting heats food up quickly. But the lower power settings aren't as powerful as my old microwave. It's quiet, too But--I'm pleased overall with the microwave overall.

Awful experience

If I could leave a 0 star I would. The Microwave failed on day 1, and has not worked in the first 2 weeks of ownership. It gives an error code that is not listed in any manual or listed online, so there is no way to even know what the issue is. It just turns itself off after 15 seconds. After contacting KitchenAid, the only solution is to have it serviced. Don't waste your money
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this for 3 months now and am very satisfied except for the extremely faint noise made when the cycle is finished. I love the ease of cleaning and ability to heat multiple items with no rotating dish. It does a great job of heating and reheating food and is very powerful. I installed it myself replacing an older unit and it was very easy to do.
