[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Microwave papers did not explain well how to change the clock. So I gone to the store and there they explained it to me well. Then after two or three days I noticed that the oven does not ring when the time is up. So I got some people coming, they tried to make bell louder but they were only able to fix a little pip. I had to stand by the oven to hear it. And now it does not pip anymore. So I talked with all the service people and they were all very polite and patience. But at the end I just decided I just accept that it does not ring.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not thrilled about our new microwave. It fits in the same space as the old one, but the inside is much smaller. Had to buy smaller glass bowls to use. The TouchPad is behind the door, which may look nice, but is an inconvenience. The beep to let you know when it is done, or the timer is done, you can barely hear!! Not impressed at all. Should have kept my old one when I replaced all the other appliances.

It works and it fits the kitchen design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a microwave. It’s a small cavity. I’m not going to be cooking a turkey in the microwave anymore. It’s large enough for me. It fits the kitchen design. I wasn’t used to not having a rotating player in the bottom. It seems to work fine. I don’t feel comfortable letting the microwave determine how long to cook my frozen vegetables. Maybe that will come in time. I don’t like not knowing how long it will take to heat my frozen vegetables. I wish that the clock would connect to my Wi-Fi to set the time so I won’t have to set the clock twice a year. It could also connect with my iPhone to set the time. I don’t know how loud the chime is if it is too soft or not. I think if I’m not in the kitchen I probably wouldn’t hear the finished cooking alert.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit seems to work fine. However, the sounds(alerts signals) do not operate as advertised. I have tried to contact kitchenaide to report the problem but with no success. Since the unit is so new i would like it fixed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the microwave! I love that it is a flush mount and that it doesn't have a turntable. The touchpad isn't as responsive as I would have liked. Cooking times are good. I like that the defrost doesn't cook the food instead of defrosting it.
