Very disappointed could not use the unit as a caster (wheel) was missing.

A caster and plate were missing from the unit. I had set up the unit but could not use it as it was noted balanced because of the missing caster and plate.

Cools well

This unit cools our second floor very well and I prefer this style to a unit that fully sits in the window. We had to cut the in-window insert to fit our window, but it was easy to do with a jig saw. It is loud, but I will take loud over hot and humid inside the house.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Air conditioner works great, it gives a good flow of cool air in the area I set it up, wish it can cool my entire place. It’s easy to install. Overall I’m happy with my purchase.

The unit works quite well. It cools my small apartment satisfactorily. The only complaints I have is that it is incredibly noisy and programing is a real chore.
