Good A/C unit but making a funny noise

Just received this a/c unit yesterday. Box came beat up, but no parts were missing. Super easy to set up & lots of extra parts. Cooled the main floor of my 1300sq ft townhome nicely. Only issue is, it sounds like there's a small piece of paper flapping around inside when I turn it on - can't figure out where the heck its coming from.
Good value for money, especially when on sale. Two units cool our 1300 square foot townhome fairly well. Easy to install and navigate. Only downside: a bit on the noisy side.
This little baby is ah-mazing. It took me less than 10 minutes to hook up and it cools your place down real fast. It's a little noisy but I can live with it. My living/dining room area is quite large and this does a really great job. I recommend. Bonus: Best Buy sent it out same day and I got it next day just past 9am.
first day testing it . its a bit heavy to carry. but not that hard to move it from one room to another. easy on hard floor though. its loud but does the job cooling down my room. and very easy to install. overall very happy with it.
We purchased this during a heatwave. It worked fairly well for a couple weeks, although it’s extremely loud. The following year I go to set it up, and it blows nothing but hot air. I have heard of this issue with this particular unit, and we have done all of the recommended troubleshooting. I have had major struggles getting any kind of answer out of the manufacturer. DO NOT BUY THIS AC UNIT.
Since the day of purchase unit only runs for 3 minutes then goes to lowest fan setting for three minutes and this continues the entire night. Wont cool bedroom as it doesn't run long enough.
I bought this on Father's Day and got it connected. I have read reviews that it is quiet. It is actual fairly loud. In fact it is loud enough that I have to crank my tv to 50 on the volume because of it. Still trying to figure out how to stop it from shutting off on me and blowing cold air. My place is a sauna and when this things shuts off all the time it really isnt' helping. Buttons on remote don't clearly indicate what they are for and the machine itself has no writing on it to indicate what the things on it are for. the only things clear are the fan, and snowflake settings. Right now sitting hear sweating to death cause this thing won't stay on. At this rate will be taking it back and getting my money back.
