Stopped working after 2 uses

It worked great for the two times that I needed it but I was not able to power it on the third time. I returned it.

I have to say this is the quietest window AC I have ever purchased. And it cools well. I have never purchased this type before. I'm hoping it will holdup through the years. So far I'm am very satisfied. And I really like that it is wifi controlled via the app. AGAIN SO FAR👍

Silent and efficient

This is by far the most quiet AC I've ever seen. It doesn't wake us up and it's in normal "cool" mode (although I did install it with the pan plug to avoid noise from the fan hitting water).
I would recommend this to a friend!
