Cooling does not work

The cooling function on the AC does not work. The Fan and Cool function produce air of the same temperature
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It blows cold air when it's hot outside It blows warm air when it's cold outside. And, it's a dehumidifier in those in between times outside. Perfect indoor climate system. Thank you GE!
