Good picture; not great sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love how easy this projector is to set up, connect to the computer, the TV or anything, but it does not have a great sound. Once we connected it to an external Bluetooth speaker, the sound was significantly limited. We could not turn up the volume very high which made it very hard to hear. The sound quality from the speaker was not very good, and our external speaker was very soft even at full volume. The features of being able to connect to a Bluetooth speaker and all the other various ports is amazing! We were just bummed that the sound was so bad
