These chairs are great for stretching and popping my thorasic spine. I bought some after realizing how I was using the ones in the break room at work.
The top of the chair back is at just the right height and shaped right for me to lean back and pop the spot in my spine that causes me the most trouble. I can also sit sideways and stretch over the back by leaning to the side.
