Very pleased with this chair. The quality is in line with more expensive chairs. Impressed.
Packaging:
This is the only area I think that this could be improved, but overall, the chair arrived in perfect condition.

Build:
I really appreciate simple directions. Everything is marked and numbered. Assembly took about 30 minutes.

Materials:
No strange smells associated with cheaper products I have purchased in the past from any outgassing. Casters reminded me of more expensive office chairs, very solid. A lot of attention to aesthetics for the trim and screw covers.

Comfort:
My wife loves this chair. There is a lot of adjustment (Up, down, locking back to your position). The cushion is very comforting. We also like how you can move the arms up, a feature that we did not ever look for in a chair, but appreciate.

Simple and supportive

It was decent enough to put together by myself. The style, cloth, and colors were all very nice. (I got the Black and Green version). The biggest difference I could immediately tell with this chair was the nice support it gave for my lower back, unlike my previous chair.
Bonus: My cats are a big fan of this chair too. 10/10

This chair is a comfortable, sturdy chair that I do not sink into like my last one. The arm rests are of good quality and the material is durable. Good chair for any office.

Very Comfortable

I have been using this chair for about a week and a half now and I have to say that I really enjoy how comfortable it is. The feature of the adjustable arms comes in handy when I pull up to my PC desk and want to push in close.
I will say that when it arrived one of the arm rests had been packed a bit to tight and had a bit of a void in the foam. After about a week it almost came back to normal but you can still feel a subtle void.
Lastly, assembly was not as easy as I expected as the arms of the chair are what connect the seat to the back and I found it a bit difficult to line up the holes properly. Took me about an hour to assemble and probably should have taken about 15 minutes.
I would recommend this to a friend!
