Since purchase i run it on high 24/7 , helps considerably with allergies and a few months ago when we had lots of smoke coming down from the Canada forest fires, this filtered all the smoke out. I dont use the app or blue tooth, I just turn it on high and run it, I vacuum the filter about every 3 months and change filter about every 6 months .
I would recommend this to a friend!

311i & 411i

This was working good until I changed tge filter, now both of my blu units run constantly they used to just turn on when the air was poor or not clean now they will not stop running i had to plug them both.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the 311i & 411i Max. It sounds like the issue you're experiencing may be due to a dirty sensor on the back of the unit. To clean the sensor, you'll need to unscrew the sensor lid on the back of the device and use a cotton swab to gently clean the sensor area. This should resolve the problem. We have also reached out to you directly to provide further assistance and ensure the problem is resolved.

All you need to do is look at the photo - the Blueair 300i+ Max and its filter system deliver on what they promise! I have an indoor cat and I keep the purifier a few feet away from his litter box. My one regret is not buying this system years ago.
