Great neck massager.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great neck massager. The heat and kneading of this device helps relieve and alleviate muscle soreness on my neck area. I place this massager around my neck and it kneads all the tensions away. I use the straps to adjust the intensity of the massage. This neck massager can be taken anywhere and it comes with a USB charging cable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited about this neck massager because I wanted to get some relief for my stiff neck. I wasn’t impressed with this neck massager at all. The massager wasn’t strong enough to relieve stiffness or did it have any other modes for different pressure, technique, etc. It was basically just working on the same spot the entire time the massager is on. The heat wasn’t as noticeable either. I did not receive any relief using this massager.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cordless!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the small, compact, cordless and rechargeable design of this massager. The flexible handles make it easy to use and comfortable to hold. I also like that I can control the amount of pressure on my neck. It runs for around 40 minutes once fully charged. I have been using this massager to relieve tightness in and around my neck area and am quite happy with the results.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Maybe I expected Too Much

I gave a score of 3 stars only because it wireless, using a micro USB charging system and that it came fully charged. What was disappointing was the 1 setting for the massaging and the 1 setting for the heating option. Wish it had another way for it to stay on your shoulders without having to pull down on the hand straps. If you're wanting to relax and your neck massage, it's sort of impossible if you have to maintain the massager balance by pulling down on the straps to keep it in position. Instead of straps that section would have been more comfortable if we're weighted down to lay flat onto the chest leaving your hands free to move about or relax and do nothing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am always tense in my neck and shoulders and thought this would be great, but it's not for me. It does hit the spots and vibrates well enough and it does have a heating feature, and does not get super warm. To me, you could just feel a slight change in temperature. At the end of the neck massager, there are 2 handles that you can pull, to make the pressure stronger against your neck. As well for me, I felt like I was going to rip the handles off, just pulling it a little bit. For me, I don't prefer it, but it might be perfect for others.

Very awkward to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design of this neck massager is not ideal and may work for some people, but did not work well for myself or anyone else in my household. I could not actually use this while keeping my head up and face forward, such as watching television. The massager did not even touch the back of my neck unless I looked down. This is not a relaxing position. Also, due to this position, I was not able to rest against the back of a chair or sofa so that I wouldn't have to hold onto the straps the entire time I was using it. The only positive about this massager was the heat setting. It did heat up fairly quickly and the heat does feel good, but that does not make up for the design flaws.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
