Great neck massager

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This massager is a nice item to help relieve tension in the neck. A full charge gets about 4 rounds of massage. The best part is that no batteries are needed and it does not take long to charge. The heating element provides a nice touch. The craftsmanship is nice and it would make a great gift. I would definitely recommend.

I get constant neck pain and this has been a blessing. its not at all heavy but such a great product to get neck massage along with some heat. the operation is simple and noise free. I get relaxed after using this. I highly recommend it. it would make a great holiday gift too.

Gets the knots out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is nothing better than a good neck massage at the end of a long day working on my computer. I always have some neck pain and tension and this neck massager really does the trick. My favorite part about the massager is that it's batter powered so I don't have to keep an obnoxious long cord connected when I use it. Sometimes I bring this out to my backyard and use it while sitting by the fire. Nothing better.

Great idea

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an effective device as long as you’re using it for what it intended for. I use it for the very top of my spice, right under the base of the skull. If you can wedge your neck in there you can work the device up and down your neck. I’m a petite female, and my neck can fit in here. I imagine that if your neck doesn’t, then you might not get as few of a tissue massage as I’m able to. I like that you can use a USB device and charge it up, so it makes it practical to sit on the couch while watching TV and use it. Also, you get better leverage because you can actually pull. Overall, for me, this is an effective device for massaging the knots out at the base of my spine. My doctor told me I could try physical therapy. This is one of my alternative treatments, along with stretching.

A more gentle neck massage experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This neck massager is interesting in that it is chargeable by USB connection. This makes it great for situations where USB charging is readily available and the need for cordless operation is necessary. Overall, it works well as a neck massager and has two straps that let you angle the decide and apply more pressure in certain areas. The heat functionality is light - don’t expect a heating pad (remember this is a battery powered device) but the heat is noticeable and a nice addition.

It stays charge for a long time, so it's always ready when I need it, and it's small enough to be portable. It's everything I needed it to be. It's great without the Heaton, but the heat makes it even better. I love it.

Hurts my neck

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the Homedics® Shiatsu Rechargeable Neck Massager with Heat and it honestly hurts more than it helps. The plastic pointy massage thingys are very hard and press into your cervical spine and doesn’t have any give. The warmer part doesn’t heat up at all and it has two handles on it to maybe hold it tighter on your neck maybe… who wants to hold their arms up while getting a neck massage? Not me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very painful..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This massager by Homedics was in my opinion quite painful. I currently have neck pain and when I seen this I was beyond excited.. but let me down. First the pros are: heats very well, charge’s super fast, travel friendly, easy to clean, awesome design, and super friendly to hold for people with had pain etc.
The cons: too much pressure with zero settings to adjust, doesn’t cover whole neck area. If you like a ton of pressure this might be for you, if you’d rather have more options then I’d get another type.
