Easily Dissolves Tension and Knots

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Who doesn't like a neck massage? The Shiatsu Rechargeable Neck Massager with Heat makes it feel as if someone is giving you a personal massage. This easy-to-use hand-held massager hits all the right spots. It comes with a USB cord for easy charging from any outlet. All you need is your own charger block that fits any USB cord. It charges quickly and is ready to use in no time at all. With a simple press of a button, the unit turns on and comfortably grips your neck. This deep kneading machine works out all of the tension and knots. If you like heat, simply press the three heat wave icons located by the power button and the unit will heat up. When you no longer require the heat, simply press it again, and it will turn the heat off. The two flexible handles fit comfortably in my hands, and make it easy for me to position the Shiatsu massager exactly where I need it. If this unit becomes dirty, it must be spot cleaned only with a damp cloth. I like that this unit is cordless and rechargeable. I am able to take it with me everywhere. I can have an instant massage anywhere I go.

So relaxing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This massager is great for a sore back, achy neck and tired shoulders. It literally has a setting for each area of your body that makes a sore. It was relaxing, easy to use and just an awesome product. I was able to reach places on my back that were sore, without asking someone to rub my back. I definitely recommend this.

Comfortable and soothing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This neck massager is perfect for aches and pains. There is really no setup process. You can take it out of the box and it is ready to use. It is rechargeable so no batteries are necessary. It massages at a steady pace with the right amount of pressure, however, you can use the straps to apply more pressure as needed. The cushioning is very nice if you are laying back. A full charge only took me about and hour. The heat option is a very nice addition as it relaxes your muscles to really get a deep massage. Great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a lot of neck issues and have had my eye in a few different neck type massagers. I'm glad I went with this one though, it isn't too bulky or heavy, it's rechargeable (which I absolutely love! No running out of batteries when you need it the most or looking for an outlet to sit next to do you can use it) it's made up of a nice firm padding (the cover has a zipper so you can take it off and wash it, which I also love because a lot of them out there don't have this feature) I also like that I have the option of heat, sometimes heat helps my sore stiff neck, but sometimes it doesn't so I like having the option) you can either sit with it around your neck or you can hold the handles on each side, your going to get a deeper massage if you hold the handles though. Now about the massage itself, it's not too rough but isn't so light that it doesn't do anything (this is kind of hard to explain but really important) I need it to reach the muscles in my neck but not make them more sore (think mall massage chairs that are just way to jarring and rough) this isn't like that, it really is the perfect medium! This really has made a huge difference for me and you can't beat the value! I do wish maybe it would have came with a little bag or something to carry and transport it in for travel, but that's such a small thing. Also this is great for travel just charge it up before your trip and you are good to go, I've only had to charge mine once and have gotten many many issues out of it so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I suffer from neck pain and I was so excited to get this neck massager! It is like heaven! I can control how deep I want the massage action to be by pulling lightly on the attached handles. There is also a slight heating element that provides a soothing massage without it getting too hot. I also love that is rechargeable and comes with the charging usb cord. This was a great find! Highly recommend!

I prefer the lowest setting of the massage for now, might be able to progress to higher speed once I get used to it. The heat feature is so relaxing. I let my husband try as well after working out it was great for his muscle aches.

After using the product for just 5 minutes he stated he noticed that his neck region was feeling less tense and tight. This caused the pain in his upper back to dissipate also. He has been using it regularly now that it has arrived, and I don't have to be on massage duty as much.

Nothing seems to help, but the neck massager helps. I love that it has heat. The heat helps the muscles in my neck not be so tight and tense. It gets deep down into the tissues of my neck. it’s a lifesaver
