Changing the filter could not have been easier. Unfortunately, the filter life indicator will not reset - even when we follow the steps in the manual to do a manual reset.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Usually, holding the fan speed button for about 15 seconds until all LEDs light up, then releasing, resolves this. We've reached out to you directly to help get this sorted out quickly.
