This phone was purchased for my 83 year old father. One of the things I like most about is the easy mode. It makes it very basic and simple to use and the larger screen helps him as well.

Think before you purchase

Purchases from an April and has been nothing but problems. We have to keep turning the phone off. Turn it on doesn’t work. You can’t get calls you can’t send messages. This is the worst Samsung phone yet. corporate is dealing with this right now.

If you are having trouble sending or receiving text messages, or they seem slow, it is usually an issue with the carrier or its service. Other times, iMessage may still be enabled if you just switched from an iPhone, which could make texts get stuck in limbo. Good mid priced phone without many extra features

Screen was too small for my purposes/ camera was not as good as I wanted. Nice mid priced phone but i traded it in for an A23 Ultra - more expensive but with a trade in and a 36 month plan, it's affordable and so much better - 200 MP camera/ bigger screen, faster processor etc etc et
