Setup was straightforward with clear instructions. At the moment happy with the purchase. Completed the 1st wash cycle and the clothes came out smelling fresh and clean.

Great product but lacking finer controls

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m very happy with my portable washing machine. The capacity is not very large but definitely manageable for anything but maybe duvets. The only complaint and recommendation to Black & Decker is to allow finer control of settings, particularly reducing the spin cycle speed which would allow for a true “delicates” wash.
