This tonie is super cute and colorful! My daughter and I love that it plays songs from the movie, and not ones that were redone with someone else singing. Definitely one we listen to often.

My three year old grand

My three year old grand daughter loves the Tonies box. Goes to bed listening to a new story every night. She unwinds while listening to her favorite songs, then settles into bed to hear of the adventure that awaits! The sound is clear & the voices are well spoken.
This has been such a wonderful experience so far & we will continue to find new stories to enjoy!!

I love the quality of the audio and the content itself, but tonies seems to be having an issue with inconsistent volumes and they are very unhelpful with customer service. I asked them why some tonies are louder than others and their answer it “you can control max volume through the app” when that is not what I asked. I’m simply wondering why on the same exact volume, the orange word patty is 2 times as loud as the purple on, or why encanto is half the intensity of other Disney characters. You can barely hear belle while beauty and the beast is loud for instance. It’s not a volume control issue, it’s a content issue and their customer service is abysmal at best. I have over 85 tonies for the kids and half of them are lower than the other half, and significantly too

Great purchase - loves Encanto!

My daughter loves the Encanto Tonie. It’s her new favorite and we now listen to it on repeat. Every night we read books then it’s lights out and Tonie on so she has a little more to listen to before falling asleep.
