Customer care is lacking

Unfortunately, I cannot review the toy as the Tonie box is not connecting to WiFi even after following “hedgehog” instructions and resetting to factory settings. Reached out to customer care and their solution was to follow the “hedgehog” instructions… so as of right now i would not recommend any of the products. Especially if they’re intended as a Christmas gift as they were for my daughter

Great product but. .

Good concept and great product. It would be way better if there was a button to change songs instead of playing "slap the box'. It's not efficient to slap the box while holding it with the other hand to change songs/tracks.
