Worked great at first, then Crash

When I first purchased the Accu-Probe, it worked flawlessly. Frankly I think the hardware I still fine. The IOS APP started crashing around August of 2018 and I kept thinking they would release an updated to resolve the situation. It's now Jan 2019 and it still crashes as soon as you select the thermometer within the App. For this reason, I'm giving it a 1 star. Fix the App and I'll gladly increase that to 5 Stars

Useless

I received this as a gift and I am not the kind of person to write bad reviews but I would like to prevent anyone from actually spending money on this. The Bluetooth literally works for about 15 feet away. I hope this isn’t normal but I don’t see how I could have gotten a random one with horrible Bluetooth range. Why not make it connect to a home wifi and then you could view from anywhere and not worry about range? Having this short of distance is way more frustrating than just going out and checking a reading at the bbq because it’s constantly connecting and disconnecting and you never trust if it’s working. Love my Napoleon prestige bbq FYI, just maybe stay away from the bluetooth game

I just received this thermometer & I love it,Very easy to use & very versitile. I would just like to add that I have 2 Napoleon BBQ's& lots of accessories. Everything performs wonderfully & I recently purchased a some parts for my P308SB BBQ which is now over 20 years old. I purchased new grills,sear plates & an ignitor. These are the first parts that I have ever needed. Very impressive. I will never buy anything but a Napoleon.

Please make a wireless probe that pairs to your device so it can be used for more that grilling like rotisserie etc.

Worked ok for a little while

I thought it was working well until it got the slightest bit of rain on it when it was out by the smoker, now it doesn’t work at all.. I would figure something designed to be used outdoors would at least be a little water resistant.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this earlier this summer AMAZING results and cooked. To perfection! BBQ chicken, steaks and even a roast beef. Set the temperature according to the results needed and ta-da beep it’s done. Loved that my medium rare or my husbands well done steaks were perfect!! It’s a must buy for any BBQ lover.
