Not Great, poor fit over upper arm/bicep

Poor fit over bicep, compression is light, good vibrations but only covers top of the device. I ended up returning the product, not good for me let alone the price for it.

Very difficult to pull all the way up, vibration too mild and only on a few areas-doesn’t do much. Can’t tell what programs exist and what they do or which one you’re on.
