Vibrations not as strong on the calf as I imagined. Would still recommend a regular theragun for recovery or warming up. This recoverypulse product doesn’t seem to really do anything.

I really thought this was different than what it is. While there are multiple levels of therapy to use, it’s not as effective as using the Power dot or the compression therapy. And after awhile the rough fabric starts to annoy my skin.

Enjoyed the vibrations etc but when I removed it my leg itched- had to apply lotion to relieve the itch

Vibration too mild-doesn’t really do much. Can’t tell what programs do what or how many programs there are. Fits too tight but to get to try it, box gets destroyed and can’t return
