DO NOT PURCHASE SAMSUNG MONITORS

I bought this monitor in September 2022 and it already failed and went black after 18 months, conveniently just outside of warranty, this is my second Samsung monitor that didn't even last two years. RUN, RUN as fast as you can elsewhere with your money, these are super overpriced and they don't last. I will never purchase another SAMSUNG GAMING monitor ever again, I should have learned the first time. I hope you see this and use your money elsewhere. ALSO, the Samsung support is a nightmare to deal with, the service is super slow and the website is super slow because all the people using it at the same time, because of trash products.

If our Customer Support agent determines that service is required, they will review the flat-rate service fee for your monitor. It would not cover the cost of shipping your monitor to us, but does cover the cost of shipping the monitor back to you. You are responsible for shipping fees to Samsung Customer Service; we recommend using a trackable shipping service like UPS.

Amazing color

I bought this monitor and it was delivered Nov 16. I had no sound and HGMI was fuzzy not a clean and crisp picture. I continued to try to get it working I flipped it over and then these white stripes appeared and I plugged it in and the whole middle is black. Now they are telling me I hit the monitor and I absolutely didnt even touch it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Monitor works good. But it is not as advertised. This monitor does not display in 165 hz. It caps out at 144hz. Been trying to get in touch with Samsung but they are not responding to me. Quite disappointed in Samsung at this time.

Good stuff

I work literally all day and game all night on my desktop and it would be great to have this. I'm poor. I'm struggling. Trying to make all the ends meet.
