Immersive Gaming and Smart Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 32" Odyssey G6 has completely transformed my gaming experience! The 1440p resolution is incredibly crisp, and the 240Hz refresh rate delivers buttery-smooth visuals, making fast-paced games feel incredibly responsive. I primarily use it for gaming, and the difference is night and day compared to my previous monitor.
While the colors are vibrant and excellent, I do sometimes wish it had the deep blacks of an OLED (a minor personal preference). That said, the overall picture quality is outstanding.
Beyond gaming, I occasionally use the built-in Samsung TV Plus, which is a nice bonus for casual viewing. What truly sets this monitor apart, however, is its smart integration. I use Samsung DeX wirelessly with my S25 Ultra, allowing me to seamlessly extend my phone's functionality to the larger screen – perfect for occasional productivity tasks.
The SmartThings integration is where the G6 really shines. I always control the monitor through the app, and I've even created a custom routine that automatically turns my PC on and off along with the monitor. This is achieved using a virtual switch within SmartThings, providing incredibly convenient control. It's a small detail, but it makes my daily setup so much more streamlined.
Overall, the Odyssey G6 is a fantastic monitor, particularly for gaming. Its combination of high refresh rate, sharp resolution, smart features, and convenient control makes it a winner. Highly recommended!

It’s got a 165Hz refresh rate, 1ms response time, and QHD (2560x1440) resolution, making it smooth for fast-paced games. AMD FreeSync Premium and NVIDIA G-SYNC compatibility help reduce screen tearing.
Pros:

✔ Good colors for SDR content – Decent contrast and color accuracy for non-HDR games.

Great monitor for gaming but lacking in other ways

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this monitor a lot. I use it for flight simulators and Xbox gaming. It works good with a Bluetooth controller, sound bar, and more. The only thing I would point out, because of the curvature, in CAD a staph lounge may look slightly curved.
