Love my Samsung Monitor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this monitor, it looks great, has a good refresh rate, and makes gaming more immersive. I am a big gamer and play games like Call of Duty, Fortnite, and Overwatch which require a good monitor to see where enemies are and find them in a timely manner. I would 100% recommend this monitor to others.

Flickering black and white color on whole screen.

Ever since I bought the monitor and turned it on and started playing on it. There has been this white and black color showing on the whole entire screen and it interrupts me when I’m playing. This is honestly getting really annoying and I have been dealing with this problem for over a year. I’ve had enough of the flickering black and white color on my screen!!
Can someone tell me what the problem is?

We are very sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your monitor. Although your monitor is out of warranty, we invite you to contact Samsung Customer Support for troubleshooting to see if we can resolve your issue over the phone.

If our Customer Support agent determines that service is required, they will review the flat-rate service fee for your monitor. It would not cover the cost of shipping your monitor to us, but does cover the cost of shipping the monitor back to you. You are responsible for shipping fees to Samsung Customer Service; we recommend using a trackable shipping service like UPS.

You can reach Samsung Customer Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG and a representative will gladly help you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While the G5 performs admirably, under heavy load, I did experience some thermal throttling, resulting in slightly lower frame rates. While not a deal-breaker, it's something to consider if you're pushing the hardware to its limits on ultra settings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this monitor for my ps5. I could definitely tell the difference in quality in resolution and my frames. It's not the top of the line monitor but I would put it up in the top tier of the middle. I couldn't be more happy with the purchase. It has definitely changed my gaming experience in a food way.
