Bought this system to upgrade old cameras. New Cameras are sharp and clear. PTZ quality better than expected. Playback quality very good. The more I learn about the functions the more I like the system. Am installing cameras on J-Box with rigid conduit and had to customize the mounting. Need to be careful unraveling Cat-5 cable so internal wires not damaged - wound very tight for packaging and shipping. So far, all considered, I’m happy with the equipment and pleased with its performance.

The system has great video quality and sounds. The mic on these cameras is amazing. The app can use improvement as far guidance how to use it. The system should come with 100ft and some 60ft cables instead of all 60ft. There should be an option to select cable lengths during purchase.

This is my 3rd Swann system and with each upgrade it comes with better software and cameras. My only issue is each system was supposed to capture license plates but even with this system it’s still blurry or scrambled view. These 12mp cameras do a great job around the perimeter and the features are endless. I am still playing with the AI capture feature which is only available by purchasing a plan. The app is much better than I had previously being able to go to an event on the nvr without any delay. Unless I have a setting incorrectly in use to prevent license plate viewing. I recommend this setup for home or business.
