Missing convection

Troublesome knob?

Approaching a year into the electric range and everything was going fantastic until one of the knobs blew a literal fireball, tripped the breaker and smelled of magic smoke. Looking to repair. It's a great stove otherwise. Perchance could just be a bad part. Knob now depresses without effort.

Frigidaire with touch panel

Had unplug and replug stove a few times for oven work using touch panel after just one year of use. A touch panel clock and cooking timer is fine if had that for be all.Stive
