Exactly Want I Wished For

Being a shorter woman of height, I found my old stove dangerous to turn the burners off and on, now with the front dial option on this model, it is wonderful and I use the front burners to cook on. Does not have all the bells and whistles like some of the more expensive stoves, too old to try and learn all that. Solid range and a good price.

Good Basic Model, No Convection

In general, we are happy with the performance of this oven, though we wish we had chosen a different model. This model is "even baking technology", which is NO convection. Totally our fault; we had too many tabs open and got confused when we finally hit 'purchase.' I thought "even baking" was akin to convection... it is not. Don't make our mistake!
In general, the interior seems to bake evenly, though trickier with two or more racks of food. Our thermometer indicates it runs a little hotter than the controls on the oven will tell you, so that's taken some getting used to.
It heats up to 350 in about 12 minutes, which is longer than our previous oven but not an unreasonable timeframe.
So far we are pleased with the purchase and are learning to cook without convection settings.
