Cooking on it feels unsafe

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My purchase of the Frigidaire stove was 1 because of the ratings on the reviews but now under consumer report I see all the negative reviews the pots slide on smooth surface and the stove is loud comes on as soon as the oven is on and stays on after it’s off for a very long time. This is the second oven the first cooked uneven from day one browned everything perfectly but undone in the center also after treating the surface it’s still hard to keep clean. Very afraid to cook while my grand children are hear because the large burners are on the front and slippery it’s a danger

Great stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my new drop in style stove. The timer is more complicated to set and I have turned the oven off a couple of times when using it. It cooks and bakes beautifully. The cooktop controls are easy to hit if you stand too close to the stove.

DON'T BUY THIS.....the unit looks great. BUT BUT BUT- the oven cooling fan comes on as soon as its turned on and has a high pitched whine to it. It takes about 8 minutes to preheat to 350 degrees and the fan runs during cool down for at least minutes. It sounds like a dentist drill the whole time we're eating and beyond. with an open floor plan, the noise disturbs the entire house. Dogs with sensitive ears may start howling at it.

Frigidaire Electric Stove
