Absolute show stopper

I bought a this oven a few months ago and since then it's been a show piece in my kitchen when guests come over for dinner. The oven is a masterpiece of beauty.

Newly Purchased 30" Front Control Electric Range

We bought this new Front Control Electric Range, replacing an old Stove, we love it, but the only sad thing is how loud the fan noise is that blows straight up at the back of the top of the stove. Our old Stove did not do that, it was quiet. Had we known it was going to do this we would have requested a stove that doesnt have a loud fan.

Warranty repairs taking too long

My newly purchased range had a broken cabinet. Not sure why the company could not send out a new one with repair person? I sent pictures of defect and it was clear what the issue was. I waited two weeks for your repairman to confirm what was blatantly obvious. Corporate bureaucracy is wasting my time and your money. It shouldn't take a month and two visits for something so simple and obvious to fix.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
