Gorgeous stove

When I upgraded my dishwasher I decided to upgrade my stove as well. Mainly as my old oven was small inside. I love it. It is beautiful to look at. The oven is a great size. I love that you can see the temperature go up as the oven preheat. I have to get used to regulating the temperature on the top, but it's a small problem. My only peeve is that if the temperature of the oven is preheating and you use the timer to time a pot, when you turn it off it turns the oven off. I'll have to reread the manual to see if there's a way to override that.

i am so disappointed. lthough i was super careful not to slid the pot on the burning , lifting it straight up its touch when its full. The surface has marked badly after 3 usues .Not happy at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

First use on stove top got scratches !!

I’ve had a ceramic top for over a dozen years. New stove, just delivered yesterday. Pot on the stove that was on the burner which I lightly slid with my pinky finger to center onto the burner and now I have several scratches ?!?! Very unimpressed. 1 star as day 1 unimpressed. Would give a zero star if possible . Imagine my cooktop in a month !????
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Faulty unit

We purchase this unit Dec.26 and was delivered Jan.7.
We followed the instructions on how to get the unit ready before using.
After two weeks, the smell inside the oven still persisted but the worrying issue was the amount of heat transfer to the outside the door.
When the oven was in use the outside door near the handle and the controls of the oven was extremely hot to the point where my daughter would brush by the oven and touch it for an instant it would be very hot and at the point it may and could burn you.
Even with the oven turned off, it would stay hot for at least a couple hours afterwards.

Love this stove it has great features including the steam clean option for light spills and self clean for bigger messes as well love the 5 burner stove top with the warming burner feature
