Basic but beautiful to look at

I’ve had my Frigidaire stove for 2 weeks now after switching from gas (we have very small kids). I was on the hunt for a white slide in range to match my other appliances while also looking sleek in the kitchen. This range appealed to me because it was within our price range so I quickly purchased without seeing it in person or doing a lot of research. The range functions perfectly, the burners are adequate, but there are a lot of missing features that normally accompany a stove these days. No warming drawer, no convection/air fry function, no thermometer cooking option (but I might be the only person on the planet that used this function on my old stove), no high temp self clean (only a steam clean option) and probably the biggest annoyance is that you can’t key in the temperature you’d like to set the oven at. There are up and down arrows for this, which start at 170 and increase in single digits up until about 330 and then start to shoot up rapidly by 5 or 10 which always results in my flying by the 350 and having to decrease by singles until I reach my desired temperature. I realize that all of this can be small potatoes for some people, but when you switch from a lower end range with all these features to a more expensive range without, it kind of sucks. It’s also annoying that when I’m rushing to get the oven set and throw something in before my toddlers rush over to see what I’m doing, I spend a solid 20 seconds just fiddling with the temperature setting for something that used to take me 3 seconds. You’re basically paying for the appearance of an integrated look.
Things I do like about it that are harder to get on other slide ins is that the clock is clearly visible and facing out on the front, so I can see the time from a distance anywhere in the kitchen. The oven doesn’t seem to have any hot spots so far in my baking experience and I bake quite a bit. And the knobs have some resistance to them so they aren’t accidentally turned on by you leaning over the range or by small hands. I tell myself that I never really used the warming drawer on my old oven unless I was hosting a party (which isn’t super often), and I hear that I can get crispier wings in an air fryer these days than in an oven with convection anyways.

Happy with purchase. The only issue is that you can't hear the timer when it goes off unless you're standing near. Haven't found a way to increase the sound so things can overcook.

Great spacing for cook top, I can put 2 big woks in front no problem, plus 2 pots at back without pushing each other.

I brought this a month ago, I am pretty happy with it, although cleaning the glass top is a little challenge, I purchased the special cleaning cream, and use weekly, 90% come clean. And the price is great for the range.

Powerful, but surface isn't great

The oven heats up fast and burners too. The look is great. The surface seems too easy to scratch. I have put coatings on it, but not great. I have not owned an electric range before, so maybe that is why.

A good looking stove

Bought this a month ago and happy so far. The only problem is it is hard to clean. You need to use the glass cook top cleaner as nothing else works well so far.

Unique look

We bought Thespis a few weeks ago and are very happy with it. The unique look to it took a bit of getting used to for me, but it is a super appliance. We’ve never owned a stove that didn’t have a raised back. Clean lines and super performance!
