Where does the water drain? Model FFRE053WAE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Noisy, but I would like to know where is the water going? I did see some condensation along the side of the unit and a little on the panels. I see no water dripping anywhere. Nothing in the windowsill and Ground is dry. It has been running for hours. It is also very humid with a dew point over 70.

Hi, ldyayan. Good question! When the water builds up it is distributed by the fan sling and thrown up against the condenser. This helps lower the air conditioner's temperature making it more efficient. If the amount of water is high the fan may create a sloshing sound as it makes contact with the water. This is the normal operation. If the water level gets too high it will drip out the back side of the AC unit. We hope this is helpful to you! -Corletta

Great simple a/c for a small room

Fan is a little on the louder side (even on low) so we don't use auto so it's a constant white noise at night. Cools our small bedroom down quickly (although, it's only a few feet larger than a king bed).

Frigidaire 500 btu Window Air Conditioner!!

We have used so many other brands in air conditioners, and none comes close.
This pumps more air and more cold air than the other 5 brands we have purchased.
The extended warranty is a minimal price and is another great feature from Frigidaire!!
I would give this 6 stars if I could with its functioning and all of the great features!
