Decent Window AC with some semi-smart features, albeit a bit noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The eco mode does seem like it will save some energy. The remote control is very much appreciated, and I like the remote sensing feature. The unit is easy to install and operate. However, I do feel like the noise from the AC is a bit too loud for a small bedroom. With the compressor turned on, at low fan speed, the noise is slightly annoying but still tolerable, but the noise at high fan speed is just too much for me.

Great features and function

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn't have asked for more. Works well in a fairly large bedroom. Quiet operation across all fan speeds. The remote and remote sensing work great as well as the electronic controls and something I could only find those features on higher priced units. And the energy efficiency is fantastic. I can definitely recommend this product.

What am I doing wrong?

I cannot seem to get out of the ECO mode. I have reset, tried the on/off button(which doesn't turn the unit off), I cannot get any other buttons to function. Please help. Thank you.
