Perfect and It's very cool!

Works quickly to cool a large area my wife uses for floral arrangement business. Remote is essential and adds to the value of the small size window that was a very easy install.

Broke in a month

I bought this a month ago and it already broke. very upsetting. Its in the middle of the summer and I need to wait up to 10 business days for the replacement to arrive

Great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit to replace a Frigidaire 5000 btu unit that I purchased 15 year ago. It just quit on me. This unit is much quieter and colder than my old one but what do you expect from a 15 year old unit. The price has gone up considerably but so has everything else in life. So far I'm glad I stayed with a Frigidaire.
