[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new air conditioning unit. Once I turn it on and hit the "energy saver" button I never have to go back to it. It maintains the room temperature and keeps everything consistant.

Small but mighty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I,never had an air conditioner this quiet.It is practically silent. But the power is fantastic for such a small compact unit.keeping it on low is sufficient.Any higher and a winter coat may be needed.

Worst air conditioner I have ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased online because of stellar reviews and the need to replace a 5 year old unit. The place we ordered it from got it to us just in time for the Northeast heatwave. I was really excited, expecting our 144ft bedroom go cool down in minutes. I was sorely mistaken.
Out of the box it was easy to install and fairly light but that's where the compliments end.
This thing is loud and for all the noise you get absolutely nothing. The first night we run it we thought it was a fluke- maybe we had the econo setting on or something, because our little room never actually cooled down enough to even warrant more than a sheet --- Today I have run this puppy for 24 hours straight on high and you can still feel warm air when you walk into our fully sealed room. We put the old air-conditioner in our similarly sized office and run for the same amount of time in the same heat -. Cold. Ice cold.
We ended up swapping out for the old 5,000 unit again so we could sleep at least semi comfortably through this heat wave.
